  1. Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl (eggs, oil, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest)
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together
  3. (Flour, baking soda, salt)
  4. Then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix
  5. Put the mix in a loaf pan (previously greased or lined with parchment paper)
  6. And cook for about 55 min at 180 degrees Celsius
  7. The inside will be super moist and the outside will be nice and crunchy
