A delectable brioche to enjoy with tea or coffee

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a Stand Mixer add together all dry ingredients and mix until well combined
  2. Add milk, rose water, eggs and yolk and kneed for 5 minutes on medium speed
  3. Incorporate the butter and mix again on high speed for 8 minutes
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured bowl and let it rise for 2 hours
  5. Transfer the bowl to the fridge and leave it overnight
  6. On the second day, shape the dough in small balls on your baking tray and let them rise
  7. Brush with the egg wash
  8. Bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes
