Directions
- In a Stand Mixer add together all dry ingredients and mix until well combined
- Add milk, rose water, eggs and yolk and kneed for 5 minutes on medium speed
- Incorporate the butter and mix again on high speed for 8 minutes
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured bowl and let it rise for 2 hours
- Transfer the bowl to the fridge and leave it overnight
- On the second day, shape the dough in small balls on your baking tray and let them rise
- Brush with the egg wash
- Bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes
