Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 170°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Warm the honey and add the olive oil, brown sugar, and Callebaut® Cocoa Powder.
  3. Mix the above with the dry ingredients and spread on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  6. Add the Callebaut® Chocolate Callets and Mona Lisa® CrispearlsTM as inclusions if desired.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
