Directions
- Heat the oven to 170°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Warm the honey and add the olive oil, brown sugar, and Callebaut® Cocoa Powder.
- Mix the above with the dry ingredients and spread on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Add the Callebaut® Chocolate Callets and Mona Lisa® CrispearlsTM as inclusions if desired.
- Store in an airtight container.
